USFP was awarded the contract to manage the parking operations at 22 4th Street in San Francisco. While 22 4th Street has been a public parking garage for some years, USFP recognized there was a significant opportunity to improve the services by offering value-add amenities such as additional EVC (electric vehicle charging) units to accommodate increased demand, implementing a focused marketing plan utilizing MaaS (mobility as a service) technology and improved customer service providing a concierge parking experience.
